Southwark is located on the South Bank of the Thames, opposite Blackfriars, Cannon Street and the Tower of London. Just 1.5km South of Liverpool Street and 800 metres South of St. Pauls Cathedral. The area has excellent tube links, with direct connections to all areas of the city, and a number of attractions, however sadly falls short of most peoples "to do" list, when in London.
The surrounding area is host to many luxury apartments and offices, with four main bridges enabling easy taxi or walking access to the City and West End. The Millennium bridge offers direct access to St. Pauls from Southwark, and Bankside provides stunning views across to the Tower of London, Monument and West to Charing Cross.
